Before any verification is conducted, you will be required to complete and sign Duncan Investigations Inc.'s Pre-Employment Screening Consent & Authorization Form. When you purchase the service, you will receive the form to complete and sign to send back to us at duncaninvestigations@mts.net
The form authorizes us to conduct the requested employment, reference and education checks and provides a record of your consent.
Receive a Professional Screening Report
Following completion of the authorized checks, Duncan Investigations Inc. will prepare a professional report documenting the verification work conducted and the information obtained.
You can then provide the completed report to prospective employers as part of your job application or hiring process.
