MANITOBA DRIVING RECORD FOR EMPLOYERS
We assist employers with obtaining Manitoba driving records for pre-employment screening and reviewing employees whose duties involve driving.
Available to employers only. The driver’s signed authorization is required.
SELECT YOUR RECORD
• Personal Driver Abstract: Includes driver identification, licence status, class, restrictions, licensing dates, recorded convictions, at-fault collisions, suspensions, disqualifications and prohibitions within applicable reporting periods.
• Commercial Driver Abstract (Classes 1–4): Includes personal abstract information plus additional commercial driving offence history.
• Claims Experience Letter: Provides a history of at-fault claims made to MPI within the previous 10 years.
SERVICE FEE
The fee includes our processing fee and including MPI’s record fee.
Each purchase covers one record for one driver. Additional records require separate purchases.
HOW TO ORDER
Select your record type and complete your purchase.
Complete the customer request form and have the driver complete and sign the authorization forms provided.
Send both completed and signed forms to duncaninvestigations@mts.net.
Processing begins after payment and receipt of the required signed forms. Processing may take up to five business days after submission of a complete request.
